Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use the CloudPMO website. This statement covers www.cloudpmo.co.za. It does not cover the CloudPMO application.
Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. This is a target, not a statement of conformance. No outside accessibility review of the website has been done yet.
What we tested
We last tested the built website on 24 October 2026:
- Automated axe checks on the home, features, pricing, contact, help, changelog, roadmap, security, privacy and accessibility pages, including the open mobile menu and the contact form, with no exclusions. No critical or serious issues were found.
- Keyboard checks on all 15 pages at desktop, tablet and phone widths: every focus stop shows a visible focus indicator, including in Windows high contrast, and is not hidden behind the sticky header, the open menu or the mobile bar. Seven key journeys, including the skip link, navigation, pricing and the contact form, work with the keyboard alone.
- Chromium, Firefox and WebKit at desktop size, and Chromium at tablet and phone sizes down to 320 pixels wide without sideways scrolling.
- Reduced motion, forced colours (such as Windows high contrast), and JavaScript turned off on the home page.
On 18 October 2026 we also tested with the NVDA 2026.2 screen reader on Windows, covering navigation, pricing, the contact form, and the legal and security pages, and at 200% browser zoom on six key pages, with no clipped text or controls.
Known limitations
- Automated axe checks do not yet cover the Terms, Cancellation & Refund, Trial & Fair Use and Cookie & Consent pages.
- We have tested with NVDA only, not with JAWS, VoiceOver or TalkBack.
- This statement page was added on 21 October 2026, after the manual testing above.
- The CloudPMO application is not covered by this statement and has not had a full accessibility audit.
